There are many different parties of politics that identify themselves as Republican, Democrat, Green, Libertarian, Peace and Freedom, Natural Law, Independent, American Independent, and Reform.

These parties are unique in that they all have a different philosophy in the way they believe this country should be ran.

Each has similar beliefs compared to certain other parties and each have totally opposing views with other parties.

Here is the list and their philosophies From what they claim they are about.

Republicans:

  1. Equal Rights
  2. Do things that only the government can do that people cannot do themselves.
  3. Each person's ability, dignity, freedom and responsibility must be honored and recognized.
  4. Free enterprise and the encouragement of individual initiative and incentive have given this nation an economic system second to none.
  5. Sound money policies should be the goal.
  6. Spread Peace and freedom throughout the world.
Democrats:
  1. Tax cuts for small businesses.
  2. Invest in education holding accountability to teachers to make sure they are educating the students.
  3. Keep social security.
  4. Protect employee pension funds.
  5. Protect the American consumer.
  6. Invest in communities.
  7. Support victims' rights.
  8. To give health care coverage to all citizens making health care a right not a privilege.
  9. Supports a woman's right to choose.
  10. Protect our environment.
  11. Supports civil and human rights for all Americans.
  12. Recruiting, training and retraining our troops in the military.
  13. Supports a health care plan for everyone so no one is denied coverage.
  14. Supports employee rights.
  15. Supports Equal Rights .
Libertarians:
  1. Respects every person as a unique individual
  2. Believes that there should be no laws that tells an individual what he/she can or cannot do to their own body.
  3. Strongly supports individual responsibility.
  4. Believes in personal freedom.
Peace and Preedom:
  1. Protect the environment
  2. Right to personal freedom of ones own body.
  3. Protect human rights as well as promoting human rights for all.
  4. Supports free education for all people for every level of education.
  5. Fights for every person's right to be well clothed well fed and well housed.
  6. Supports health care for all.
Natural Law:
  1. End crisis management with prevention-oriented programs.
  2. Establishing professional groups that engage in creating coherence throughout society.
  3. Reduce government waste.
  4. Supports health care vouchers.
  5. Supports school vouchers.
  6. Supports agriculture that produces healthy foods free from harmful chemicals.
  7. Supports the development of clean energy
  8. Supports existing gun control the balances public safety with the right to bear arms.
  9. Upholding the rights of women and minorities.
Independent:
  1. Seeks truth
  2. Very diverse
American Independent:
  1. Protect innocent life including the unborn.
  2. Protection of American jobs from unfair foreign competition.
  3. Limit legal immigration and end illegal immigration.
  4. Support school vouchers.
  5. Supports capitol punishment.
  6. Right to bear arms.
  7. Abolish income tax.
  8. Protection of consumer rights in utility rates, housing, insurance, and health care.
Reform:
  1. Reform electoral, lobbying, and campaigning practices so government will work for the people.
  2. Require ethical conduct by all elected officials.
  3. Restore integrity and acceptability to our elected officials.
  4. To run the government with in it's budget means and not run a deficit.
  5. End corporate welfare and special interest subsidies.
  6. Limit gifts, favors and outside sources of income while in office and after leaving.
  7. To recognize and treat mental disorders like Add and depression that hinder the ability to learn in schools.
  8. Steadily improve the quality of air, water, and earth.
  9. Supports only the marriage between a man and a woman.
  10. Supports a parent's right on disciplining a child how they see fit.
  11. Supports the overturning of Roe v. wade.
