I have found that one thing about dieting is that it's not easy.
That doesn't mean to say that it can't be accomplished if done right. I have personally lost 2 inches in the waste in a very short time by doing it myself.
One of the things I've noticed is when I cut out all junk foods like Potato Chips, Candy, and Fast Foods. Then it seems like it was no time for me to see results.
If you drink alcohol, that is one more thing you're going to have to give up for a while being that any alcohol beverage is loaded with calories.
When I started my diet this is what I ate and when it was eaten.
